The Site and the Author

Christopher Allen is a professional Software Developer currently working for a small software company in Beaumont, Texas. Born and raised in nearby Orange, Texas, Chris has always been in pursuit of knowledge in way of computer programming, writing his first program in BASIC at the age of ten. He is also a technology enthusiast and a casual MMO gamer.

His current focus is in C#, with emphasis in ASP.NET for developing web-based solutions. Chris, a.k.a. ‘Chief’ is particularly interested software architecture, patterns, and practices. He constantly strives for improvement, yet realizes that true mastery is but a pursuit, not a concrete title, as technology and times are always changing.

This website serves as both personal and professional blog to Chris, and lets him share his ideas and experiences with fellow programmers and like-minded individuals.
